You can first register when you go to the checkout. Enter your e-mail address and assign a password. Then please complete your billing address. You can also register as a guest or using your Google profile.

Registration is required so that you can use all the functions and benefits under My Account. Only with your personal account will you be able to save delivery addresses and view your orders.

Click on My account. The page where you can register will open. Simply click on Forgot password and enter your registered e-mail address. We will then send you a new password.

There is no minimum order value. You always benefit from free delivery.

You can choose between three types of curtains: Classic, Modern and Rings. You will find a detailed description here.

The curtain is fitted with the original Clic curtain gliders from HINNO. These can simply be clicked into the curtain rail at any point. You can choose between the Original Clic gliders MAXI and MINI. You can determine the size of your curtain track with the practical Coin table. You will also receive two Clic curtain stoppers from HINNO to go with the original Clic gliders.

Determine the size of your curtain track with the practical measuring aid here. You can add free MAXI or MINI Clic curtain gliders from HINNO to your made-to-measure curtain during the ordering process. MAXI Clic curtain gliders are suitable for curtain rails between 6.2-6.6mm and MINI Clic curtain gliders for 3.6-4mm.

Before you configure your customised curtain, you have the option of ordering free fabric samples. Finally, you can add free fabric samples directly to the shopping basket on the product page of your desired curtain.

All our product photos are taken by professional photographers and therefore reflect the quality and authenticity of the fabric colour. Nevertheless, the fabric colour may vary slightly in different light. We recommend that you order free fabric samples to customise the curtain you want.

All our products are labelled with a base price per meter. The base price is determined by the type of fabric. The configuration of your desired curtain and the choice of fabric type determines the price per meter of your finished curtain, including curtain gliders, shipping and VAT.

You have the option of paying securely in our online shop by prepayment, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Twint and Postfinance.

The entire payment process is encrypted via SSL. The version of the SSL transmission protocol we have chosen guarantees the highest level of security.

Our products are delivered free of charge to your desired address within Switzerland.

Our products are made to measure and are delivered to your desired address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. Customisation and delivery take 3-4 weeks.

Our made-to-measure curtains are carefully packed in a shipping box and delivered to your chosen address in Switzerland by Swiss Post or the Planzer transport company.

The delivered items must be inspected by you as soon as possible at the time of delivery and any defects must be reported to us immediately in writing. In the case of defects that were not obvious at the time of delivery of the items, you must inform us in writing of any defect within 3 working days of the time at which you became aware of the defect. All our curtains can be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. The curtains should not be tumble-dried or dry-cleaned. After washing, you can hang the curtains up damp or iron them on the lowest heat setting.
