We offer you the purchase of home textiles in our online shop.
In the following, we would like to present our General Terms and Conditions, which we apply to all orders that you place via our online shop.
Elements of these General Terms and Conditions that should be emphasised are printed in bold.
Please note that we may amend or change our General Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of our General Terms and Conditions applies to your purchases on the order date on www.nidoathome.com.

Conclusion of contract
Binding order: The presentation of services and products in the online shop is only an invitation to place an order. Only by clicking on the confirmation button displayed (e.g. "buy now" or "order") do you place a binding order for the items on the order page.
Confirmation of order: We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after the order has been sent. A binding contract is only concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.
Deadlines: If working days are specified as deadlines in these General Terms and Conditions, we understand this to mean all days from Monday to and including Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
Prices and costs
Prices: The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory VAT.
Shipping costs: We will pay the shipping costs for you, regardless of the minimum order value. Different shipping costs may apply for the dispatch of particularly bulky, heavy or valuable items, which we indicate individually for each product on the product detail page and on the order page during the sale.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date apply to you.
Due date: The purchase price and any shipping costs incurred are due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise provided for in the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
Payments
Payment methods: We only accept the payment methods shown to you during the order process. For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer you to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU).
Payments by credit card: In the case of purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Deliveries
Place of delivery: We only deliver orders within Switzerland. We will deliver the items you have ordered to the address specified in the order as quickly as possible. If you are not at home, we or our delivery partner have the authorisation to simply leave your delivery at your front door or in accordance with your deposit instructions, which you can leave when you complete your order.
Partial deliveries: We are entitled to make partial deliveries and render partial services at any time, provided that these are reasonable for you. If we make partial deliveries, we shall bear the additional shipping costs.
Warranty guarantee
General: Our liability for our own negligence and that of our employees, legal representatives and vicarious agents is limited to wilful intent.
Warranty for defects: The applicable statutory warranty for defects applies. The delivered items must be inspected by you as soon as possible at the time of delivery and any defects must be reported to us immediately in writing. In the case of defects that were not obvious at the time of delivery of the items, you must inform us in writing of any defect within 3 working days of the time at which you became aware of the defect; otherwise the defect shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.
Defect-free replacement: We expressly reserve the right to supply you with a defect-free replacement in the event that defects are claimed and identified.
Vouchers
Redemption of vouchers: Vouchers can only be redeemed for the purchase of our items - before the order process is completed - under the conditions displayed on the voucher, but not for the purchase of further vouchers. It is not permitted to sell vouchers.
Remaining balance and difference: If you pay using a voucher, any remaining balance will be credited to your customer account and automatically deducted from your next order. The credit balance of a voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest. If the credit balance of a voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be settled using the payment options offered. The accumulation of vouchers and any promotions or discount codes is not possible.
Gift vouchers: Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can buy for your family or friends. These are subject to the same conditions as the vouchers.
Data protection
We are responsible for the collection, processing and use of your data and must ensure compliance with Swiss law and any other applicable European law. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and our privacy policy. There we inform you about which data is collected on our website and how it is used. You can also find out how you can check the accuracy of this information and request that we delete this data.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies to all legal transactions or other legal relationships with us.
With regard to consumers, the place of jurisdiction shall be the Swiss domicile of the consumer. In business transactions with merchants, the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes concerning these General Terms and Conditions and individual contracts concluded subject to them shall be our registered office in Cham. In this case, we are also authorised to bring an action at the customer's place of residence.
